Labor Day Vacation Weekend

We had a great time in Texas over Labor Day weekend. We loved staying with my grandma Gram and getting to spend time with her. We spent Saturday up on Lake Livingston at my parents condo celebrating all the recent birthdays in the family.

... now I know Tash has this hat... Steph and I hit the mall with her baby and when we left it was torrential outside so I ran out to retrieve her swagger wagon! Ah yes, this is the TX I love!

The tubing looks SO FUN!!! As I watched the video I thought "How fun"! I bet you all had a blast!! I am sure that Emily JUST loved that :)

I love the BUSY Birthday cake!! What a great idea!! Why have many birthday cakes when you can have one with all the celebrations! Too cute!! Did everyone blow out the candles together?? I will have to keep that idea in mind :)

Did Ryan break the Pinata?? I love those pinata's....it is as good as candy falling from the sky :) Can it get any better??

Ryan looks so serious as he opens his gifts :) He is such a cutie!!
What was his favorite birthday gift??

Ok..........I love the hat!! Where can I buy one of those :) You would think I would have a hat like that with all the mass amount of rain we get here in the Pacific Northwest :( It has been raining non-stop for days and days and days :( It never seems to end!! Did you make that out of a shopping bag?? So creative and genius!! I love how you use the new lingo with the Swagger Wagon over mini van. It is so hilarious, and some great marketing by Toyota!! Serg love's the "Swagger Wagon" so much that he watches the video daily and laughs everytime. He is so silly!!

You know what was so fun about that weekend, was watching Emily enjoy all the same things I enjoyed at her age and spending time at my Grams house so she could have those memories too.

Ryan was a big swing and miss on that pinata, but likes cake! His favorite toys I think are his new trike, basketball (not the hoop yet), and a fuzzy touch book.

You know... I might be able to design one of those fancy hats for you Tash... :)

That was a fun weekend. It was nice seeing all of you. I finally got to hold Ryan :)

Thanks for taking a picture of me tubing. I never realized how little I looked haha. Or how much Tim needed a hair cut...
